Directions to make 20-32oz gel: -Thoroughly Rinse Sea Moss -Place 1oz (28g) Raw Sea Moss in a bowl and fill with at least 10 cups of water until sea moss is fully covered. *********Sea Moss expands 5x its size.*********** -Add ½ lime (alkaline enhanced), squeeze juice into water (this helps remove excess salt deposits and any lingering sea odor) -Cover bowl and let it sit for 4-6 hours. Drain Sea Moss and rinse thoroughly. -Add to blender -Add roughly 2 cups of filtered or spring water and blend until smooth (1-2min). If too thick slowly add more water for desired texture.
